We photograph your property, including creating 360 degree virtual tours and building listings on all of the sites for you.
Revenue/Pricing management is perhaps one of the most important aspects of managing a property. We utilize industry leading software that adjusts pricing daily by analyzing multiple factors including occupancy, competitor pricing and demand in the area to ensure that the nightly rate remains competitive. Pricing is tailored to each individual properties unique characteristics.
Offering a property at 'the right price' is important, providing guests with a smooth, easy experience is just as important. From the initial confirmation of their reservation through to pre-check out instructions we ensure that each step of the 'guest journey' is just right. We are also here to answer guest's questions, and provide helpful advice.
We work with a number of local companies to ensure that your property is ready for guests at all times. Whether that is routine cleaning after a reservation, minor repairs and maintenance, or a major renovation we handle notifications and payment for you.
The most important part of this relationship is transparency. Each month we provide our owners with a detailed report of all reservations as well as all expenses incurred on your behalf. We also provide owners with notifications when reservations are confirmed and cancelled so that owners are kept up to date.
Rental Management Fee
Our rental management fee is the most competitive in the area, at 15% of gross revenue, excluding commission payable to Airbnb/Booking.com/VRBO and monies collected against guest security deposits. Combined with our pricing management our clients see revenue amounts that significantly exceed that of our competitors.
